Claimant statement includes: 'I have been used to [...] working in confined spaces and spending a good deal of time on my knees. As I have been ordered not to work on my knees, it is impossible for me to do any work on the coal face [...] This of course means a big drop in my wages [...] I think I am being robbed because I have given the best part of my time to real hard work'.
