Mugginton cottage and land: Probate of will (6 May 1637) of Robert Bamford yeoman of Weston Underwood: his goods are to be equally divided amongst his children except for his eldest son Edward; Edward and wife Ellen to have 1s each; son Robert to have land in Mugginton purchased from Thomas Potter or else £60 at age 21. Son Edward named sole executor and uncles and kinsmen John Barrraclough, Edward Smith and Gilbert Mosley supervisors Probate 14 Jul
