Decree of Chancery relating to complaint of Sir Francis Needham of Melbourne made in Michaelmas Term 20 James I [1622] against George and Henry Needham gents and Rowland Eyre esq defendants concerning George Needham's debts and Thornsett Hall and the lands belonging (and reciting the case in detail) that the assignment of the premises to Wood and Kendall should stand and that the defendants should convey the premises to the complainant, unless they pay him the sum of £2,200 by 8 Jun, [23 Apr] 3 Charles I
