Memorandum of the award which Edward Hind of Bolsover and Richard Barker of Shirebrook yeoman made in dispute between 1) Hugh Fisher of Rowbotham ?husbandman and his sons and 2) Richard Eyre of Rowthorne husbandman and his sons, Richard Eyre was to give John, Hugh Fisher's sons, in satisfaction for the scandalous words he had said about John, 40s or acknowledge he had done him wrong and pay him 20s (with further detail)

In case of further dispute, they shall refer their differences to 2 person `equally chosen' or to 2 persons nominated by Mr Woolhouse of Glapwell, and if they cannot settle the dispute may nominate an umpire, 28 Jan 1677/78. Eyre paid John Fisher 20s
