Title | Lease by James Chadwicke of Nottingham to his father in law Thomas Woollhouse of Glapwell esq, in consideration of the financial services rendered him by Woollhouse, of the premises where the court of Peverell Honour is held (part of Chadwick's house in Nottingham) and all profits etc of the court, for 3 years, paying Chadwick 2/3 of the profits, and Chadwicke made Woollhouse his attorney to receive money due to him as steward of the court, provided that Woolhouse, after receipt of the moneys and after he is discharged of money he is or shall be engaged for on behalf of Chadwicke, shall pay Chadwick ¾, Thomas retaining ¼ of the moneys |
