Glapwell Manor: Lease in reversion by Thomas Woolhouse of Glapwell esq to Humphrey Hay of Heath, of Bramley Wood, Clay Meadow and Jepsons Close in Ault Hucknall and Glapwell, for as many years after Sarah Bird's death as "shall want of" 21 years from the date of this lease, reciting that the premises had been leased to Margaret Hay of Heath widow and her son Humphrey for the lives of Sarah, Margaret and Humphrey, but that the property belonged to Woolhouse who had the right to re-enter the premises on Sarah's death.
