Devised 2 farms in Stambourne, Essex, properties in Cortlingstock and Ruddington, Nottinghamshire Loughborough, Roadley and Barwell, Leicestershire and in Mugginton and Hulland (devised to him by his uncle William Hallowes esq), in trust for his sisters Ann Bury and Dorothy Plumptre for life, then to his nephew William Bury and his heirs [2 May 1771]
