Title
Copy of the will of Thomas Bury of parish of St James, Westminster [grandson of the elder Samuel Hallowes of Norton and second wife Ann]. Devised 2 farms in Stambourne, Essex, properties in Cortlingstock and Ruddington, Nottinghamshire Loughborough, Roadley and Barwell, Leicestershire and in Mugginton and Hulland (devised to him by his uncle William Hallowes esq), in trust for his sisters Ann Bury and Dorothy Plumptre for life, then to his nephew William Bury and his heirs [2 May 1771]
Also refers to £3,800 Old South Sea Annimities, niece Judith Letitia Eyre, Ann Hamar (William Bury's mother). Executrix Ann Bury
