Title	Declaration of trust by Alexander Barker that the money lent on the mortgage from Brabazon Hallowes of Glapwell esq to Alexander Barker of Edensor gent of the manor of Mugginton and specified messuages and lands, giving tenants and rents, in all 480 acres, in Mugginton, Brailsford and Hulland Ward and half the impropriate rectory of Mugginton to secure £4,000 and interest at 3½ in lieu of 4% (details given) 3 and 4 Jul 1752 was the money of the Duchess of Devonshire
