Title
Exchange by lease and release between Nicholas Earl of Scarsdale and Thomas Hallowes of Glapwell esq by which the Earl conveyed to Hallowes a messuage, croft adjoining, Butcher Croft and the field (the latter an enclosure from the Mesne Field) in Glapwell and the Nether Close in Ault Hucknall, in all 5 acres and Hallowes conveyed to the Earl a close (4 acres) in Palterton (enclosed from Carr Common) and paid the Earl £10 10s, 25 Sep
