Title	Notification by Simon son of Hugh of Glapwell that since he has quitclaimed to the canons of Darley the annual rent of 12d which the canons of Beauchief paid him for 1 bovate in Glapwell which they had by the gift of Simon of Glapwell his grandfather and the canons of Darley hold of them, he concedes to the canons of Beauchief that he has no rights in that annual rent. On the feast of St Matthew the apostle
