Title
Agreement by which Richard de Sutton on Averham [Nottinghamshire] to whom Robert of Glapwell is bound for 200 marks in a statute - merchant before the mayor of Nottingham and the clerk of the King's seal payable at Michaelmas 1339, concedes that if the same Robert gives all his lands and tenements in Glapwell to Robert of Widmerpool [Nottinghamshire] or some other person who enfeoffs Robert of Glapwell and his wife Elizabeth and their heirs with the same land and tenements, and if Agnes widow of Ralf of Glapwell enfeoffs Robert of Widmerpool with her manor of Glapwell and he re-enfeoffs her with the manor for her lifetime with remainder to Robert of Glapwell and Elizabeth his wife, the said statute for 200 marks shall be annulled [29 Jan] 13 Edward III
