Photocopies of marriage settlement by copy of court roll by which John Kent of Eckington, yeoman, surrendered one close of land called Hornethorpe in Eckington (14 acres) and 22 acres of meadow or pasture in Pumpe Close to George Kent, son of John, and Mary, daughter of Thomas Smyth of Wyeston, Notts, gent, who are to marry, and after the marriage to their heirs and in default of heirs to George and heirs
