All Saints, Derby being next below and near unto the County Hall (tenants Michael Decon and Joshua Andrews), a malthouse in St Mary's Gate in the occupation of Samuel Ward, a barn stable and fold yard (6 bays of building) situated near the garden of one of the said messuages, a close called Nungreen Croft (3a) being near Nungreen, a croft (1r) with barn thereon (6 bays) being near Nungreen, 26 lands and pikes in Stockbrook Field, Derby, lately inclosed (4a.), 23 lands and pikes or arable ground in Whitecross Field (5a 1r), 5 lands arable ground (3a) in Whitecross Field, 13 lands arable ground (7a) in Whitecross Field 7 lands and pkes of arable ground (3a) in Whitecross Field, 3 lands arable ground (1a) in Whitecross Field, 11 lands arable grounds (5a) in Park Field and 18 lands arable ground (6½a) in Park Field, all in the occupation of Samuel Ward, upon trust to the use of Samuel for his life, then to the use of Dorothy for her life, then to the use of William Hope and Richard Ward for a term of 500 years, then to the use of the first son of the bodies of Samuel and Dorothy, in tail mail, etc. - the term of 500 years, upon trust, if there be issue male and one or more daughters and younger sons, to raise £600 for the portions or such daughters and sons, 30 Apr.
