Title
Copy probate of John Etches of Sheffield, silversmith - to his friends John Briddon of Middleton by Youlgreave, farmer and William Colley the younger of Sheffield, scissor manufacturer, all his real and personal estate of every kind, upon trusts, to sell and dispose of such parts as are saleable for the best price possible, the money to be placed at interest and out of the income therefrom to pay his wife Mary Etches £75, to use the remainder of the income for the maintenance and education of his children until the youngest is 21 then to divide the trust money equally between his children, except that which produces his wife's annuity which is to be divided at her death - John Briddon and William Colley the younger to be joint executors.
