Description
This box contains an assortment of documents detailing cases to be brought before magistrates at Quarter Sessions. The following list gives an accurate record of the name of the accused, their occupation or status and their parish, an indication of the allegation/offence and where appropriate the name of the victim/complainant. The list gives an indication of the type of document, such as indictment, traverse or article of the peace, but these indications are provisional and in some instances may merit re-designation.
