Description
Folder containing circular letter explaining procedure for submitting plans, 1903; together with forms describing each public house, submitted to the licensing Justices of the Wirksworth division. Each form provides name of owner and licencee, number of rooms, whether meals and non-intoxicant drinks are provided, extent of stabling for horses, provision of sanitary accommodation, poor rate assessment, and whether house is tied or free.
