Description
Expenses claims submitted by coroners, usually giving place of inquest, name of victim, mileage and sometimes verdict. The file descriptions and numbers were given to the files in the late 19th century.

Under the Act 25 Geo II c29 (1752) fees and travelling expenses were payable to coroners.
