Description
Auction at the White Hart Inn, Eckington, on 23 June 1848, comprising Lot 1 messuage or tenement on Eckington Marsh with lands (6 acres) and Lot 2 close of land called the Long Row (2 acres 1 rood 3 perches) with outbuildings at Killamarsh in the occupation of Miles Barber.
Poster dated 8 June 1848.
Endorsed with memoranda of sale of Lot 2 to Mr Barber to be completed by 25 September in consideration of £130 with receipt of initial payment of £10
