DescriptionIndenture between (1) John Woolley, late of Ripley in the parish of Pentrich, yeoman, but then of Denby, yeoman, and Benjamin Bowmer of Fritchley in the parish of Crich, yeoman, surviving devises in trust in the last will of Daniel Woolley, late of Hartshay in the parish of Pentrich, yeoman, deceased, (2) Joseph Wilson of Alfreton, gentleman, (3) Daniel Woolley of Hartshay, yeoman, one of the two children of the late Daniel Woolley, (4) John Calladine of Fackley, Nottinghamshire, yeoman, and Mary, his wife, late Mary Woolley, wife and widow of Daniel Woolley, (5) George Woolley of Fackley, yeoman, the other child of the late Daniel Woolley, and (6) George Staley of Butterley Park, gentleman, a trustee of George Woolley.
Subject to the moiety of an annuity of £40 during the life of Mrs. Mary Calladine.
