DescriptionIndenture between (1) Mary Heathcote of Hucknall Torkard, Nottinghamshire, widow of Samuel Heathcote, late of Papplewick, Nottinghamshire, labourer, deceased and one of the daughters of Dorothy Albin, late of Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, widow, deceased, John Heathcote of Barton, Nottinghamshire, boatmaster and Mary, his wife, Samuel Heathcote of Nottingham, joiner, and Mary, his wife, Jonathan Leevers of Awsworth, parish of Nuthall, Nottinghamshire, collier, and Mary, his wife, and William Hughes, a soldier in His Majesty's Forces, and Hannah, his wife, (John Heathcote, Samuel Heathcote, Mary, wife of Jonathan Leevers and Hannah, wife of William Hughes, being the surviving children of Samuel and Mary Heathcote), (2) Ellen Marriott of Mansfield, widow of John Marriott, late of Mansfield, and one of the daughters of Dorothy Albin, deceased, Samuel Marriott of Hucknall Torkard, needlemaker and Mary, his wife, and John Marriott of Nottingham, framework knitter, and Frances, his wife, (John and Samuel Marriott being the surviving children of Ellen Marriott), (3) John Woolley of Ripley, parish of Pentrich, gentleman and (4) William Wilson the younger of Alfreton, mercer.
