Concerning mines, veins and minerals under two parcels of land, both containing 21 acres 1 rood 3 roods. Reciting indeture of mortgage dated 26 Nov 1896. Parchment, 5 pages, with plan between 2rd and 3rd pages showing lands exchanged, also featuring Pebley Inn, Nitticar Hall and Barlborough Pit No. 1.
