Description	Indenture between (1) Elizabeth Biddulph of Sheffield, county of York, widow, formerly Elizabeth Albin, spinster, and (2) William Price of Lincoln's Inn, county of Middlesex, gentleman. In consideration of 5 shillings. Premises further described in detail. Endorsed with memorandum of examination in case Hardign Grant versus George Woolley and others, 8 July 1816 Parchment: one applied seal, with mark of Elizabeth Biddulph.
