Description
Indenture of release to make a tenant to the precipe for suffering of a recovery between (1) Elizabeth Biddulph of Sheffield, county of York, widow, formerly Elizabeth Albin, spinster, (2) William Price of Lincoln's Inn, county of Middlesex, gentleman, and (3) Harding Grant late of Sheffield then of Owens Row, Clerkenwell, county of Middlensex, gentleman.
In consideration of £125. Grant to be the demandant, Price the common vouchee. Premises further described in detail.
Parchment: 3 applied seals, one with mark of Elizabeth Biddulph.
