Title	Deed of assignment of mortgage by the executor of Henry Sherbrooke to John Wyld in trust for Jospeh Woolley, of a third part of a farm and lands at Marehay

Description	Indenture between (1) Henry Sherbrooke of Oxton, county of Nottingham, esquire and Margart his wife, William Coape Sherbrooke of Arnold, county of Nottingham, esquire, and Sarah his wife, and William Cock of Mansfield, county of Nottingham, gentleman, with Henry, Margaret, Sarah and William Cock being executors of the will of Henry Sherbrooke late of Oxton, deceased, (2) William Albin of Halam, county of Nottingham, yeoman, (3) John Wyld of Nottingham, clockmaker, and (4) Joseph Woolley of Ripley, parish of Pentrich, gentleman. Reciting indentures dated 5 Feb 1747 [1748] and 9 March 1753, and the death of Henry Sherbrooke in June 1754: premises further described. In consideration of £300 and 10 shillings, for the remainder of a term of 100 years. Parchment, 2 sheets; 6 applied seals at bottom, with signatures of Henry Sherbrooke, M Sherbrooke. Willm.
