Description	Indenture between (1) John Trowell of Long Eaton, gentleman, (2) William Albin of Halam, county of Nottingham, yeoman, and Dorothy his wife, only daughter and heir of John Revell, deceased, by his wife Mary also deceased, one of the three daughters of of Samuel Ryley, deceased, by Mary his wife, also deceased, and (3) William Bilby of Nottingham, gentleman. Reciting indentures dated 27-28 July 1756, premises further described. In consideration of £217. Parchment, 2 sheets; 4 applied seals at bottom, with signatures of Jno. Trowell, William Albin, and W. Bilbey and mark of Dorothy Albin.
