Concord between Richard Neile, Bishop of York, and Paul Neile, knight, querents, and John Zouch, knight and his son John Zouch, esquire, deforciants, of Codnor Castle, the manor of Codnor, 4 messuages, 1 water mill, 1 dovehouse, 4 cottages, 80 acres of land, 100 acres of meadow, 200 acres of pasture, 400 acres of gorse and heath, £8 of rents, etc in Codnor, Heanor, Loscoe, Langley and Milnhay.
In consideration of £1000.
Dated at Westminster three weeks of Holy Trinity term 10 Charles [week commencing 22 June 1634].
