Description
Indenture of mortgage by grant and release between (1) Robert White of Sookholme, county of Nottingham, yeoman, and (2) Joshua Dickenson of Eakring county of Nottingham, yeoman.
White in possession by indenture of day before, the messuage and land being in the occupation of Nathaniel Oates.
In consideration of £100, to secure principal and interest.
Dated 16 Jan 1694; by modern reckoningthe year is probably 1695.
Parchment, applied seal (wrapped in paper) on tag, with signature of Robert White.
