Description
Tripartite indenture of demise between (1) Sir Richard Neile of Plessey, parish of Stannington, Northumberland, knight, (2) the Honourable John Noel of Luffenham, Rutland, esquire, and (3) Francis Millington of London, esquire.
Reciting mortgage dated 29 June 1686.
In consideration of £3208 12 shilings paid to John Neol and £291 8 shillings paid to Rchard Neile, for remainder of a term of 1000 years.
Dated 1 March 1688, but by modern reckoning year could actually be 1689.
Parchment, applied seals on two tags, with signatures of Ric. Neile and John Noel.
