Indenture between (1) Henry Spencer of Holehouse, county of Derby, gentleman, Thomas Spencer of the city of London, haberdasher, and John Spencer of the city of London, haberdasher, and (2) John Richardson and Samuel Richardson, both of Smalley, gentlemen.
Messuage and moiety or half part of ground called Morley Park (the other moiety being in the occupation of William Goodwyn).
In consideration of £440.
Parchment, remnant of one seal, three tags, with signatures of Henry Spencer and Thomas Spencer.
