Description
Indenture of lease for a year between (1) Richard Spencer of the city of London, merchant, and (2) Henry Spencer of "Holehowse", county of Derby, gentleman.
Reciting the will of Robert Spencer late of "Brownehouse", county of Derby, gentleman, dated 23 May 17 Charles II [1665] devising to his three sons, Richard, Thomas and John Spencer all his lands and tenements in Morley called Morley Park.
In consideration of 5 shillings, for a term of one year.
Parchment, no seal, one tag, with signature of Richard Spencer.
