Indenture of feoffment between (1) John Pyniger [sic] the elder of Loscoe, gentleman, and (2) Henry Raworth of Wollaton, county of Nottingham, gentleman.
Messuage in the occupation of Jasper Draycott and Elianor his wife, croft containing 2 acres.
In consideration of £56.
Endorsed with memorandum of delivery of seisin.
