Description
Indenture of assignment of mortgage between (1) Anne Johnson of Loscoe, widow, and (2) John Pinger the younger of Loscoe, yeoman.
Reciting indenture of mortgage dated 20 July 9 Charles [1643) by Jasper Draycott and his wife Ellinor to Thomas Johnson late of Loscoe, gentleman, and the death of Thomas Johnson, with Anne becoming his administratrix. for a term of 40 years.
In consideration of £25
Although it is dated 24 March 1651, it is likely that the year should be 1652 by the modern calendar.
Paper, applied seal (damaged) with Anne Johnson' mark.
