Description	Memorandum by E. Whaldon to F. Beacroft relating to alterations made by building of a garden and a cut in the bank to divert water into the Nutbrook and the Stanton Company having constructed a dam in the Nutbrook, thus being able to divert water into the Nutbrook by pipes. Plan showing Nutbrook Canal, with Stanton Works and Straw Bridge marked, scale 6 inches to 1 mile, 32cm x 45cm.
