Pages 1-4, London Midland and Scottish Railway agreements, 1856-1945: pages 11-12, London and North Eastern Railway agreements, 1894-1942: page21, Derbyshire and Notts Electric Power Company agreements, 1928-1939: pages 31-46 and 6 un-numbered page, leases of lands and minerals, 1866-1946. At the back of the volume are recorded leases on loans to departments and documents sent into Pit Strongroom. A file of manuscript and typescript lists of documents in the Pit Strongroom is loose at the back.
