Description	Fold-up plan based mostly on Ordnance Survey 6 inch to 1 mile, showing area of land including sites of Furnace Hill Colliery, Renishaw Park Colliery, Station Pit, Hornthorpe Colliery and Plumbley Collieries in Eckington. Marked "Elsecar, 1937" in bottom right hand corner. When folded up, marked on back that it should be attached to agreement of 1938 still at Sherwood Lodge.
