Description
Hooley was a "holer" at Britain Colliery, claiming money under the terms of the Minimum Wage Act 1912. There are also references to another claim on the same ground by another holer, Thomas Bratby. The file also contains a printed copy of the rules of the Midland Counties Colliery Owners' Association, 1 July 1903.
