Mineral rights leased by the original agreement in 1898. Reference is made to the trustees of H. G. Gregory and also to Miss Gregory, Mrs Gregory and G. B. Gregory. Special mention is made to coal under the Midland Railway Company owned land. Includes additional extracts of draft agreements and the lease of cottages at Woodlinkin.
