Draft lease agreements between Colonel Densison and others in the Retford area and the Butterley Company. Observations of Parker Rhodes & Co. on the alterations of terms for letting coal at and near Babworth. Copy of coloured plan of the coal area in Retford with corresponding index schedule, early 20th cent, May 1917, scale 1 inch to 1 mile. Coloured plan of landowners near Retford, Apr 1917, scale 6 inches to 1 mile, 42cm x 37cm. Includes advertisement for an auction of freehold farm house, buildings, cottages and land in the New Retford Colliery Area.
