Mention is made to tenants' compensation and providing regular Methodist services for the colliery workers through the Industrial Christian Fellowship. Extracts of draft clauses for land purchase, with extract for Boughton inclosure award from 1871 and minutes from meetings, Apr 1922-Apr 1924. Plan showing land required for colliery proposed at Ollerton, Jan 1920, scale 2 chains to 1 inch, 127 cm x 49 cm. Minutes of Directors' meeting 11 Apr 1922.
