Copy of the lease of the Top Hard seam from the Duke of Portland to the Butterley Company, Nov 1912. Includes list of minimum rents for copyhold, dated Jul 1911. Discussion of a new coalfield at the Welbeck Coalfield and the lease terms being unacceptable link to the draft lease document [old reference N5/92/7].
