Description	Relating to land and mineral purchase agreements and leases from the Palmer Moorewood estate to the Butterley Company around the Greenhill Lane area at Riddings (mentioned as Alfreton) and in Swanwick to Butterley Park area: some correspondence is from Mr William H. Goodwin, agent at the Swanwick Collieries: mention is made of Britain Colliery. Plan showing proposed area of deep hard and soft coal to be leased from R.C.P Moorewood, workings of Britain Colliery annotated in red, 6 inches to 1 mile, 29cm x 30cm.
