Description	Discussions with the Babbington Coal Company about giving some parts of their coal seams to the Babbington Company were unsuccessful. The Pinxton Colliery Company who were working neighbouring coal had an agreemement with the Butterley Company to help straighten their boundaries. Includes extracts of draft lease agreements. Copy of plan to accompany Mr Mitton's letter 22 Mar 1923. Plan showing the area of Kilburn coal at Birchwood Colliery, Jan 1913.
