Description	General correspondence relating to settlements at Ollerton, Kirkby, Lowmoor, Britain, Ripley, Ormonde, Denby Hall, Bailey Brook, Marehay, Waingroves and Hartshay collieries, with special mention of the Compensation Settlement Committee. Correspondence linked with the Derbyshire Miners' Association or the Nottinghamshire Miners Federated Union, the Arbitration Committee and Production Committee. Letters from Alfreton County Court about John Bradshaw on how sufficient his settlement was and whether he is entitled to more as he now works with his wife at the Spanker Inn at Heage. There is also mention of Trust Fund cases.
