Title	Butterley Company compensation cases record book for Whiteley later Marehay Colliery, Denby Hall Colliery and the Railway

Description	With columns for date of accident, colliery, name of workmen, nature of accident, when payments began, and ended, weekly wages, weekly compensation, total compensation and remarks. Entries for the Railway only date until Nov 1908. Whiteley changes to Marehay from July 1917. Loose inside are 5 pages of information providing extra information on accident cases, comprising age, occupation, address of workmen, time and place of accident, cause of injury, name of witness, who it was reported to and by whom, name of doctor, date of first examination, whether full compensation or "half Diff", any subsequent examination, and date of recovery. Also loose inside is a Workmen's Compensation form for Frank Parkin of Marehay Colliery, 1920-1921.
