Although several printed columns are available, the only colums actually completed are for date, total tonnages and hundredweights for the High Hazel seam, turning for High Hazel (hours and time), total number of tubs, water raised, dirt over wagon weighed for High Hazel, tubs up shafts Nos. 1-2, coalgetters shifts for High Hazel and average per man (weekly), Company's coal for High Hazel, remarks, totals to date.
With lines for weekly totals interspersed and fortnightly totals (both including amounts less than 1/2 hundredweight and net totals) at bottom.
