Comprising:
(i): The Derby Order 1968 (Printed, 53 pages), laid before parliament 23 Jan 1968, coming into operation on 29 Jan 1968 for the purposes of electoral registration, appointment of officers, rating and valuation etc., and on 1 Apr 1968 for all other purposes.
(ii): Bound volume of maps referred to in the Order, showing county, borough, district and parish boundaries and areas transferred from one authority to another.
The changes principally involve additions to Derby Borough, but there are also transfers of areas from and to the following parishes:
Derby Borough to Mackworth
Allestree to Little Eaton
Littleover to Findern
Mickleover to Mackworth
Chaddesden to Morley
Spondon to Ockbrook
Spondon to Dale Abbey
Alvaston and Boulton to Elvaston
Chellaston to Aston upon Trent and to Swarkestone
Sinfin Moor to Swarkestone and to Barrow upon Trent
Mickleover to Findern, to Burnaston and to Radbourne
Allestree to Quarndon
