Other papers in the folder include: letter of confirmation from the HIgh Peak Borough Council that planning permission will not be required if the height fo the garden wall does not exceed one metre, Jun 2004; two large sheets of whiteboard paper decorated with drawings of garden ideas in marker pen; sketch plan of the garden in pencil and ink, marked up with names of plants.
