Includes a copy of DCC/CC/5/2/4 in an envelope secured to the inside cover.
The entry for VG5, covering Alvaston and Boulton parish green, notes that it was transferred to Derby Borough Council's register as VG1). A further note says that by the Derby Order 1968 (SI 1968 No 44) made by Minister of Housing and Local Government on 12 Jan 1968 responsibility for maintaining the registration of common land and town or village greens so far as they relate to land in the rural districts of South East Derbyshire, Repton and Belper transferred with effect 1 Apr 1968 from Derbyshire County Council to Derby Borough Council
The entry for VG78 (Hilton) has no corresponding register map.
