Description
Duplicate deed of partition of part of the Estates devised by the will of the late Mr James Smith of Derby, Clothing Contractor. Indenture between George Fearn Smith of Derby, Clothing Contractor, and William Ralph Smith of Derby, Merchant Taylor, and Charles Edward Abney of Derby, Solicitor.
Includes three plans:
Plan 1: Nine messuages or dwelling houses between Drewery Lane and New Uttoxeter Road, Derby. This is between property owned by W.R. Smith, the late E.W. Mozley, St. Werburgh’s Glebe and Henry Dean. Includes the messuage known as Friary House with gardens in New Uttoxeter Road.
Plan 2: Property between Parliament Street and Stockbrook Lane, Derby.
Plan 3: Land in Littleover by the road from Sunny Hill to Derby. Between land owned by Mr Hodge and Cockshut Heathcote.
