1) Thomas Richardson of Newton, parish of Blackwell, gent and Mary his wife, John Spate of Yoxall, Staffordshire, Clerk, John Clemenson of Aston upon Trent, yeoman, William Campion of Dalbury Lees, tailor and Susannah his wife, Francis Prince of Harthill Hall, Youlgreave, yeoman and Elizabeth his wife
2) Thomas Hayes of Derby, maltster
3) John Clarke of Aston upon Trent, woolcomber
4) Alexander Bennett of Mackworth, yeoman
5) Anthony Sterndale of Wensley, yeoman
Concerning various lands including Bournes Close (also Croft) in the parish of Derby St Peter, various lands in Aston upon on Trent, various lands in Kirk Langley (occupied by John Buxton) including woods and Church Field (next to lands of Richard Harrisona dn Richard Taylor) and Burrows Field (between the land of Richard Harrison, Thomas Grace and German Hicklin) and a barn with appurtenances in Wesley (occupied by Francis Prince and Elizabeth his wife)
